It also incorporates Ireland’s first Roma-specific Community Employment programme, which offers meaningful work experience to up to 25 Roma annually. This programme covers Roma mainly in Fingal and Monaghan, but also Dublin, Louth and Meath.
  • Buchi Romnienghe (working women) which supports Roma women to engage in pre-employment, and employment preparation supports.
  • Roma Advocacy. Empower employ a number of Roma Advocacy and Engagement staff and a Roma Women’s Officer.
